  Friendly staff, they can speak fluent English. There are staff from worldwide too! The cafe ambiance is very good and relaxing. I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station. Atmosphere in Sakura hotel is really friendly, good for individual trip.

  This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel.   The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan.
