  Friendly staff, they can speak fluent English. There are staff from worldwide too! The cafe ambiance is very good and relaxing. I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station.   Great Location! Superb staff! Clean! Perfect!!!! What a beautiful surprise when we arrived at the hostel. It was situated in the heart of Tokyo, walking distance to most of the town's attractions.   Everything about the trip was incredible. The staff were really friendly and were able to help me when I asked them something. I stayed in the capsu - Location was easy to find and front of hostel stands out so you cant miss it. Greeted by very friendly staff, you have to take shoes off at entrance and slippers provided (though some did have a smelly feet odour going on!). Our twin room had a bunk bed which was very large compared to other hostels. Saying that, the room was very small in general. Small desk and window, hardly any room for storage/baggage.
