  The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian. If you forget to bring your skin care product, don't worry, the hotel provide you KOSE lotion, emulsion and facial cleanser for free. Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon).   The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. The hotel itself has dining options but there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and Lawsons convenienc - Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son. Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

  The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan.   The staff was very helpfull and kind. We chose this hotel in the list of letsbookhotel.com because it was the first time we were going to visit Japan and the localization seemed to be easy for us to go around and the Limousine bus could leave us at the hotel.
