Location was amazing, everything is right at the doorstep - shops, watertaxis, a perfect location. Staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. The room and furniture is beautiful Venetian design. The bed was so comfortable, which is very important after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, so we slept well. I would definitely stay here again as it made our whole experience of Venice even more special. There is no lift in the hotel but don't let this put you off - we had 2 suitcases at 25k

Absolutely loved it. The owner, Matteo came and met us at Rialto Bridge,
from there it was a few minutes walk to the hotel. St Marks square was
just a few minutes walk too. We were upgraded from out triple room (on

The experience of staying here was excellent even before we arrived! As we were arriving really late into Venice, Matteo assured us it was no problem to meet us at San Marco vaporetto and walked us to the B&B! A nice touch so late at night!

The hotel was in a great location, right near St Marks and the Rialto and easily accessible via water bus from the train station. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The trip all included trip out to Murano was a nice gesture. - Location, friendly staff

Hotel is very close to San Marco square. It is situated in a historic
building with nice spacious rooms and is very clean and tidy. Italian
breakfast in the morning is quite enough to keep you going. We liked
everything. The only issue might be for people who have a lot of
luggage, while this hotel is not equipped by the elevator - but it was
not an issue for us.

Lady managers very hospitable and accommodating. Rushed to get room ready as we arrived early and gave us coffee etc while we waited. Gave us map of city and pointed out highlights re eating and main attractions. Room made up daily with nice fresh towels and water provided in fridge.

-True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.

Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand
Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very
clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off
season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur.
Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one
very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just
perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

Location is great. I think one of the best for that price in Venice. Ate a great lunch at the restaurant owned by the same family on the ground floor of the B&B - very tasty, reasonable prices. -

Comfortable and clean. It does what it says - if you want an en-suite,
don't book as it clearly says "shared bathroom". Worked
fine for us. Location allows you to walk or take the Vaporetti to any of
