Th staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is served by a lovely lady who has an endless supply of croissants. Our room was clean and tidy with a well equipped bathroom (powerful, warm shower). The hotel is ideally located near the Plz. Roma for those arriving by bus from the airport. Nearby water buses can quickly transport you around Venice.

Very close to the train station (5-10 minutes walk). The breakfast was wonderful and service was great. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

We were asked to call ahead of our arrival so that Alex could be there
to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice
and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days
later. Alex then showed us around the apartment, the design of which was
very nice, with space for 5 to sleep, an oven, hob and towels, as well

The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.
