Puutarha on pohjakerroksessa.
Pyhän Markuksen aukio ja sen basilika sekä kellotorni ovat helpon 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Aivan kulman takana on matkamuistomyymälöitä ja paikallisia ravintoloita.

Cynchia I believe is the name of the woman who runs the b&b and is so lovely and helpful. Our flight landed late at night and we noticed that it was past the check in time listed at time of booking. I called her and she said no problem at all and said shed meet us at the water bus stop to walk us I the hotel. Thank goodness she did that because it is very easy to get lost at night if you are not familiar with the city. to get to the hotel from San zaccaria or realto bridge it's only like a . kaikki arvostelut »
Lady managers very hospitable and accommodating. Rushed to get room ready as we arrived early and gave us coffee etc while we waited. Gave us map of city and pointed out highlights re eating and main attractions. Room made up daily with nice fresh towels and water provided in fridge.
The area situated although difficult to find first time round was really quite good and central to most things and the building itself was historic and nicely decorated inside, the lovely smell in the mainroom and .
Wonderful design room - stayed inZen. Housed in a old building near Santa maria farmosa but dont go by the facade. The b&b is at 1st floor, nicely done, clean, huge room with thematic interior, huge walkin wardrobe n decent si X ed bathroom. Breakfast was good with bakery items, fruits, yogurt, cheese and plenty of fresh brewed coffee. Owner is extremely helpful, always smiling and even gave us spare keys after we checked out so we can collect our luggage at our convenience.
I highly reco.
If you want a romantic visit to Venice, then don't go to a hotel - treat yourself to one of these spacious rooms. We felt like we were staying in the Doge's palace with these beautifully decorated rooms in an old Venetian home. Our hostess was warm and the breakfast in the sumptious living area was delicious. The best was sipping tea on the little verandah overlooking the church square.
The rome is super nice and very modren in a hostrical house. It is just
like a palace !! The location is easy to find since it is behind churck.
The lady who is runing the place is so helpful and so nice and you feel
really home espically aince it is only three romes there and mine was
the best :) The breackfast is just like other hotel, italian breackfast
which was okay.
Couldn't find a better location, 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge and 5 min walk to Saint Marco Square. We had the Zen room, very comfortable and massive. It's a 500 year old palace, breakfast was great and the hostess was more than accommodating she spoke good English. Would stay again if we can get in, you have to boom early or you won't get a room. Nothing we didn't like.
Great location in Venice and the owner could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay - the room was quiet and comfortable and the large breakfast area with a narrow balcony overlooking the square was a delight. It was very hot and the airconditioning and supply of cold water in the fridge in the room was very welcome. Would definitely stay again.
Loved the location as it felt like it was 5 minute walk anywhere! The host was also so nice and helpful. She helped plan our whole stay and made sure we wouldn't get ripped off price wise. Breakfast was nice and air conditioning and wifi worked great. Our room was huge as well. Would definitely recommend this to others!.
Location is fantastic and the staff is superior. Lucie the owner is fantastic person. The hotel envieinoment and the people their make you feel like home. This hotel ishe best we experinced during our trip to Italy. Don't miss the pizza place around the corner.
We felt at home right away. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of
choice, served by our hostess in a luxuriously decorated dining room. We
appreciated the daily water bottles for our touring of Venice. We
received excellent transportation information .
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and is in a very central position. The owner is very welcoming and even left us breakfast in our room when we had to leave early for our flight! It is a truely magical place to stay!.
The fact that the staff/owner could not do enough for you.
The massive rooms/ceilings.
The Authenticity/originality/venetian style.
Location was excellent.
Breakfast was great.
The best ever.
The lady who ran this place was so friendly. There was a nice breakfast and it was a very relaxing home. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to the action.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. Room is very big and clean. Nice bathroom. Breakfast is great. Excellent view from living room balcony.
Beautiful unique B&B with large rooms would definitely stay again.
Customer service was excellent, always so friendly and happy to help.
Loved the location. Could talk to the gondala skippers from front

Very clean, staff were very friendly and willing to help, room was huge
compared to most hotel rooms in Europe,.
One of the greatest hotel I've ever stayed. This hotel will be absolutely the first choice for me in Venezia.
Warm welcome by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Luxurious, vast bedrooms. Central location.
Central location
Friendly people
Nice breakfast
Nice, large room.
The ambience of the hotel, it's location and the owner/hostess.
Location in historical centre in a palace of the 15th century.
Nice host, beautiful house and room, close to every where.
Warm reception. Good-sized room for small families.
Central location
Beautiful palace
Good breakfast.
the staff.
The biggest downfall of our room was the shower, there was barely hot water and absolutely no water pressure once hot tap turned on, not good especially if it being winter....
There was no enought hot water.
The shower pressure was very weak but since I was only there a short time it wasn't a big deal. It is Venice and so there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom too.
The noise made from resident coming back to the hotel at late hour.
I even hate to say this because it seems so small in the scheme of things as it was such a brilliant place, but the fridge was quite warm, so my bubbles were no cold. Didn't really matter because there was so much to like about the place, brilliant.
Nothing everything was good.
Nothing.
Was a little difficult to find the first time. Would suggest the staff
include a detailed description or map in the email that they send when
you reserve the room...everything else about the stay was great!!.
Having to carry 4 suitcases and several bags over bridge and up 2 flights of stairs.
Hearing people's steps and talk when they walk by, no good for
a light sleeper like me, but not a problem to a heavy sleeper like
my husband.
Everything was perfect.
nothing.
