  The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.   We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 children, aged 2 and 4 and our small dog. The hosts were fantastic. We are travelling for a year and have a lot of luggage in our car and a roof box that doesn't lock - the owner called around for us until he found a private garage nearby where we could safely park our car. Sensational exposed walls in the bedrooms from the 1500's. Great combination of modern and ancient in the B&B and in town. Good restaurants literally metres from the door. B&B was quiet, peaceful, fully equipped and gratefully has a lift. Host was extremely helpful and takes pride in her home. Great experience
