New owners are very friendly and helped us to get to know some places around Nervi and Genoa. Very near to the fantastic "passeggiata Garibaldi". Nice breakfast. It is a nice place to relax and breathe good air.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa. Everything is fantastic and it is underrated, in comparison it can take over many, many 5* hotels. I normally not writing reviews after my holidays (only if it was really bad or excellent... ) but this hotel and all his staff are deserved a lot more than my words!! Congratulation!
