The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there.

The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.

Clean, friendly family run hotel. Good location near beach and lots of great restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast. We had an apartment, which was quite comfortable. Our daughter and son in law had a large room with a balcony in the main hotel, which was very nice. -
