  The hotel was just lovely with Noel & staff bending over backwards to make your stay perfect. The room was pristine clean and I was delighted when I stepped into the bathroom in my bare feet - the tiles were warm with underfloor heating and there were heated towel rails.   Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Check in was not till three but when i arrived at half twelve to see if i could park in the grounds while till then, the owner organised for our room to be available within the next half an hour! Just what you expect from a B&B to be: confy bed at night and cosy breakfast in the morning. The owner was really nice and helpful giving directions and planning your journey. Breakfast had several choices and it was good.

  Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   The hotel was run very efficiently: We were called for breakfast both days and although v we were running late August the staff were so warm and welcoming. Best staff ever - they must have been chosen for their genuine smiles. I was obvious we were so on love and they all added to the magic of our stay. - The staff was wonderful!
