  Hands down, this was our favorite place to stay during our visit to Ireland. The drive, the location, the staff, the accommodations were all absolutely amazing!! We loved the country road that took us to this little piece of paradise. We loved the villa we stayed in. We loved the golf course. We loved the restaurant (and the bartender!) We loved t... mitä ihmiset sanovat » he maintenance crew (we met everyone), the front desk staff, and we loved Jerry, the gm! He was friendly and so helpful. If you've traveled to Ireland - The set up of the cottages was great, loads of space and with all the little touches it was a 'home away from home' the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Great base for discovering East Clare, and a good venue for celebrating...the club house catered for over 100 family members on the Saturday (many of whom we're also staying the weekend) great value! I can imagine it would also be a great venue for wedding receptions etc... A travel cot was also provided free of charge, and the complimen

  Fantastic stay - the best of our 10 day trip. The hosts were welcoming and gracious, we were upgraded for free to a suite, and the facilities were top notch. Spacious and modern washroom, comfortable beds, homey wooden furniture. But one thing that really stood out was the incredible quality of the food in the restaurant. It was within walking distance to the local pubs and downtown stores and the accommodations allowed for two couples to stay comfortably in one place. Marian, the host, was amazing and the restaurant was also some of the best food in Ireland. I definitely recommend the Roadford House and Doolin to those traveling to the area.
