Very friendly. I had a bit of a problem getting in and the owner was so apologetic & helpful that more than made up for it. He didn't charge me for that night & even offered a free dinner and a whale tour. Exceptional customer service for a minor in convenience. I would strongly recommend this guesthouse. -

Great location, within walking distance of everything. Hallidor, the resident manager was amazing. Friendly and informative, anything we needed he provided if possible. I had a studio and it was perfect for me and my fiance'. Nice and cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware and utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. The grocery store, Bonus, is literally at the corner and across the street. Can't wait to go back next year!!

The apartment was furnished to a very high standard throughout with good decor. Shower was very nice and spacious with plenty of hot water available. We were expecting a small "studio apartment" but we ended up with a completely separate kitchen area as well which was a welcome addition. Blackout curtains were particularly good which made sleeping much easier than at some of the other places we stayed. Plenty of free parking right outside the main door.
