Everything about the hotel was good to excellent but the front desk staff, Irini and Toula were outstanding. They were very friendly and provided helpful info on how to best spend our siteseeing time on Crete and in Heraklion. - Got an upgrade to a great room on the 5th floor...very comfortable, quiet, well designed, huge bathroom... It is situated in the city center and the main landmarks- the port, the Archeological museum and the bus stop are easily accessible alike with the main shopping streets. Convenient location to city sights, port and airport. Parking and
breakfast option (good value) are also pluses even though I did not use
them for this stay. The price, while on the high side, is ok,
considering that accommodation in Heraklion is expensive compared to
other places in Crete.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I'm a business traveler who spends about 200 nights a year in hotel around the world). The staffs were amazing. A special thanks goes to Miltos for all his help with finding good restaurants. I'd love to come back to his hotel at some other time. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
