  Hotel is situated in a quite area on the opposite side of the river to the town. A short walk across the bridge and your are in the centre. The rooms were good and we had a ground floor room which opened onto a small area with outside seating which was great as it was hot. No air con but as it was quiet we could leave window open. Everything was immaculately clean. The WiFi was good - not super fast but good enough to check emails / browse the web. Breakfast was good with bread, yoghurt, compote, jams, honey and fresh coffee. The onsite parking was a bonus and being able to park right outside your room was good.

  For a two star hotel this was much better than we expected. The owner was friendly and spoke very good English. The facilities were basic, blanket on bed instead of duvet, but very clean. TV, shower, hair dryer, and most important private parking. This hotel is just across the river - a five minute walk to the town centre and with a great view of the castle on the way. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
