I loved the quiet, peaceful & beautiful setting of this historic restored hacienda. While located in a residential area of Puemba, close to uio, I felt like I was in the countryside. The care taken to take personal care of us, from arranging transportation from & to uio the next day, making us a wonderful breakfast even though we slept in after a long travel day, to arranging a driver to take us to see Quito & stay with us to ensure our comfort & safety - I could go on & on.

We had a muy delicioso dinner prepared by Antonio in a fantastic kitchen. Wished he could have stayed longer. Please consider Su Merced when in and out of new Quito Airport. It is only 15 kilometers (20 minutes) from the airport - Pablo picked us up and drove us back to airport - $15 each trip. Could not have been better!. Su Merced is an amazing little property close to the new Quito Airport. The owner and all of the staff there were super friendly. They bought a 300+ year old estate home and have restored it over the course of a few years. The work that they have put in really shows and the place looks amazing. When we arrived, they offered us a dinner for $16 which turned out to be the best meal that we had during our whole trip to South America. This was one of the most charming B&B's I have ever stayed at. the property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully restored. Pablo, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and charming. He picked us up at the airport and took us back, even at 4 am. The food was wonderful. The staff accomodating and helpful. We stayed 3 separate times, whenever we had to be at the Quito airport the next morning. I can't wait to go back. Grounds of hacienda are serene and beautiful, interior decor appealingly eclectic, staff more than helpful. It is 15-20 minutes to the airport, especially convenient if you are stopping overnight (though you'll want to stay longer!) Accommodated our request for airport transfers and guide at reasonable cost. This is a good place to stay if you need to spend a night near the new Quito airport and don't mind splurging a little. Pablo is fantastically helpful. We enjoyed a beautiful room, a delicious dinner, and easy transportation to and from the airport even at 5 AM. I really enjoyed my stay at Su Merced, the staff was very friendly and they helped me out finding a place to stay in quito, they came with suggestions during my Mainland roundtrip, which I very much appreciated. Especially thanks to Pablo!. 20 minute drive from NEW Quito airport with flight tracking and door to airport transport service. Excellent communication and really attentive staff. Really good breakfast with fruit juice, fruit, grilled sandwich. The estate was absolutely beautiful in decorations but also structurally. Very peaceful and relaxing grounds. Comfortable accommodations, it's like being taken back in the time of the old rich Spanish hacienda days. The owner picked us up at the airport after midnight and treated us royally. The beautifully restored hacienda is a real treat and was a fantastic way to enter Quito, as well as being close to the new airport. Staying in a 300 year old, restored Hasienda, the beautiful grounds, the proximity to Quito Airport, the airport shuttle, the beautiful home made dinner and breakfast, the friendly staff and the pet dogs. Amazing building and property Staff was so welcoming and we enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in the converted old kitchen Closest place to Quito airport but can be a little hard for a taxi to find. Beautiful historic hosteria in the countryside near the new Quito airport! Awesome staff, awesome property, and delicious meals! Was very convenient to the new Quito airport!. The room I stayed in was creatively decorated and very comfortable. The garden area general grounds around the property were very pleasant. Pablo was a charming host. Excellent services by the staff, Pablo and Rafael were amazing. Pablo helped my mother print her boarding pass and did everything he could to help my mother. Wonderful to have the pick up service at the airport, the facility itself has class and character, and it was very comfortable. Loved the hacienda feel with the antiques and exquisite beds. Staff we're very accommodating and friendly. Very frendly and devoted staff.Excellent location if you have an early flight to catch from Quito Airport. Wonderful family run hotel with wonderful food! Very happy with the service. Felt very welcomed. Superb luxury hacienda 10 - 15 minutes from new Quito airport, friendly welcoming staff. There was a brief problem - quickly fixed once we told Pablo about is, of no hot water for a shower. I appreciated how seriously this was taken & immediately fixed for us. I loved everything!. Was hard for a cab driver to find and there is not really any options for nearby amenities of any kind. We had a bit of difficulting contacting via email and phone, fellow Americans should start early and use your Spanish!. I enjoyed my stay very much teh only thing is that it is pretty far from Quito (about an hour by bus) but it is very cvlose to the airport which was great. Older plumbing. Leaving... location is somwhat remote and far from any other services. Absolutely nothing. No bath mat Only liquid soap Hard to get light from windows. A car alarm woke me up every 20 minutes from a car that was parked on the premises. A call to the office for assistance with this was not answered.
