The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a family run business with only the positive aspects of it. It has secure parking and above standard cleanliness, which are not easy to find in Croatia. We also got a welcome drink and a small present when we left. (Stayed only for 4 nights) . We left with great memories and it we would not stay anywere else if we go back to Opatija.

The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa
is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the
morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little
walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store

The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell.

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. Large apartment, really nice modern design. Own (small) terrace with see view. Free parking. Quick free wifi. Really close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and the main harbor (5 min) with many great local restaurants and bars. We liked and appreciated really much the gift champagne and wines, it was really a nice surprise, and a great start of our vacation to drink the nice wine on the balcony - it's very rare that you get such gifts in other hotels/apartments.

We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!
