  My family and I thought the ground floor property was very spacious. Due to it's location, our apartment and terrace was in the shade most of the day during our early July visit which allowed the inside to stay relatively cool/pleasant. While the nearest location to the water is about 400 meters away, we opted to go to the area about 800 meters away as it had more trees and shad - We spent two wonderful weeks at the villa and found it absolutely charming: the bedrooms are spacious and cool, kitchen is well equiped, we found everything we needed for seriuos cooking and meals for 6 pax, the terrace with BBQ is the best in Funtana (we specially looked), nice shady garden on the other side of the house where we could park the car under the trees and always find it cool, Marcel, the master, is one of the best we've ever met: frendly and helpful, he gave us all the necessary i
