The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a drink and information on Dubrovnik. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise. This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town.
You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat
apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking.
Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to stay.

Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

The hotel is located in an old house outside but very near the Pile gate (one of two to the Old City). Very convenient! The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. We did have to walk (5 mins) from the old town gate as cars cannot drive up to the hotel, but this added to the charm. -

The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).

Apartment was clean and the location was excellent, Dino was very easy to work with and he made suggestions on where to eat and the locations of the beaches. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.

The owner was very friendly and helpfull. He showed us were nice places are, called the Taxi and reserved a table at a restaurant for us. We liked the location because it was a little away from the town. So it was quiet but still is close to the old town of Dubrovnik. The rooms were nice and clean - so was the pool. We also enjoied the evenings on the little balcony. We would defenetly come again.
