  The building is located just a few hundred metres from the old town walls and is set on a beautiful hillside location with a great with over the sea and the old town itself. Getting to the building is easy; even if you don't like climbing stairs, there are not so many to get to the building.   This apartment is stunning, very spacious, very stylish and a pleasure to be in, so much so that we didn't want to go out! Really enjoyed this apartment, after the initial confusion with shop downstairs. Will definitely be coming back too. - This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town. You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking. Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to stay.

No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

  The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).   We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time. He showed us were nice places are, called the Taxi and reserved a table at a restaurant for us. We liked the location because it was a little away from the town. So it was quiet but still is close to the old town of Dubrovnik. The rooms were nice and clean - so was the pool. We also enjoied the evenings on the little balcony. We would defenetly come again.
