  The building is located just a few hundred metres from the old town walls and is set on a beautiful hillside location with a great with over the sea and the old town itself. Getting to the building is easy; even if you don't like climbing stairs, there are not so many to get to the building.   This apartment is stunning, very spacious, very stylish and a pleasure to be in, so much so that we didn't want to go out! Really enjoyed this apartment, after the initial confusion with shop downstairs. Will definitely be coming back too. - This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town. You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking. Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to stay.

  While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

  The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town). Of course, it is impossible to reach with car, motorcycle and even with byke any address in the Old Town. But the feeling to be part of this beatiful place is unforgetable. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time. Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

  We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast. The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK. Personnel was very helpful all the time.   The manager Nina was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and extremely helpful when we were there. As for the apartment, wow, we were really impressed! I have gone to Dubrovnik several times since childhood and this was by far the best place I have stayed.   We stayed in the 1 bedroom at Nikole Bozidarevica Street 6. The apartment was spacious and neat. There was juice and some welcome candy in the room. The furnishings are nice but dated. The location is perfect. Easy to get to, no city stairs and just one flight of stairs in the courtyard.   The apartment was very nice. It had a bedroom, bath, nice kitchen and dining room. There was a spiral staircase in the apartment that went up to a loft where a couple of kids could sleep. The bedroom was quite large - it had a queen-sized bed, plus an extra twin-sized bed, and a futon for sitting, or extra sleeping. There was a large terrace off of the dining - The Apartment was in the Old Town. It was clean and well maintained. Particularly liked the fact that it retained a lot of the original features such as stone oven and sewing machine in the house (it was quite an old house but very well maintained). Shower was good, good water pressure and hot water. The owner was very friendly, met us at the town centre and showed us the way.

  It was absolutely amazing to stay in this historical apartment in the heart of Old Town of Dubrovnik.
