First impression was good as I entered the lobby to check in. But after getting into the room (for 3 adults) my impression was changed from good to like WOW.....what a value for money hotel. Big room, clean beds, large bathroom etc..etc

It's closed to subway (exit a), next to the Plaza , easy to walk to Dongmin street, friendly staff and nice housekeeper.

The location of the Hotel is perfect its like very high streets for foreigners. So many shops cafe bars and restaurants around. The place to stay definitely.
Surprising this was there is no mini bar in the room. They donot have many lucury amenities in washroom as well. But price for location is worth.
Close to metro and shops. Staff are great especially Mike the bell boy. It is handy that they have a computer and wifi in the room. We used the spa and sauna facility next door and had an excellent experience of full body massage.
They took money before we got there then again for deposit when we arrived. They said it was for authorisation only but my bank statement still showed the pending fund after today being five days since we left.

The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

the staff should b able to communicate in english without which the hotel cant b tourist friendly. also one day prior to our arrival one day s rate was deducted frm my credit card account. nd on reaching the hotel the same was voided. the staff cud hve kept tbat amount as deposit nd later charged the balance

The room was very spacious and had everything you need,the hotel is in the best location of Shenzhen with shops and restaurants all around, also the nearest subway (goumao) is only 100 meters away. The staff were very helpful, but many of them need to learn more english.
I expected that in a monster economy like China more people would know how to speak English.

It is pretty clean and it is worth to stay but the price for its level of hotel is a bit high
The staff are very friendly and you always see the same faces each time you come. I have been a regular for past 3 years and would always come back.
If you are light sleeper make sure you ask for a rear facing room - away from the main street.

Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. A lot of restaurants surround the hotel.The inhouse SPA is one of the most popular ones in Shenzhen and is a must enjoy , I definitively recommend this hotel. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. .

Front desk spoke very reasonable English, polite and efficient. Rooms were perfectly adequate and clean. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for short stays where you intend to sleep there only, it offers value for money for that purpose.
Neighbours singing at 11pm, not much you can do about that. Credit card got preauthorised prior to my arrival, but did not turn out to be an issue as I settled bill and deposit in cash.

The hotel is centrally located and near to GuoMao subway station. Room is slightly dim but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Given the same price, I will definitely stay here again.
