Stylish, clean, quiet and perfectly located close to the hottest spot in Leuven. The landlady is lovely and breakfast fresh and delicious. My room was very spacious and with a huge bow-window. Bed was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent. Complimentary bathroom items were above average and free coffee and water and amaretto biscuit were provided.

The hotel is very comfotable and has a nice atmosphere. The distance to the centre of Leuven is very good, about appr. 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and really big, even a balcony! You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room with double bed. breakfast was beautifully presented with a wide range of choice. - The location is central and perfect, the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again rather than anywhere else in this town.

This is a lovely B & B set in the outskirts of Leuven about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean, tidy and modern with all the facilities fully working. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - very good choice of foods. Easy to park, free and off road. Tea, coffee and water freely available all day and beer, wine and soft drinks at cheap prices. Highly recommended by us and we will stay there again.

On the morning of my arrival I arrive very early in Leuven, way too early for check in. The girl invited me in anyway, could store my luggage, warm up, charge my laptop and even got coffee. Very nice and flexible gesture.

This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.
