  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

  Very helpful personnel. Although ibis is right next to a train station, no noise coming from the station could be heard in my room. The WiFi Internet connection worked well most of the time, just in the evening there were problems with too many clients connected. A large bike parking lot right next to the hotel. - The hotel is located a about 200m from the station exit, making it convenient to arrive by rail (as I did). There are quote a few bars and restaurants on the opposite side of the station, and various sandwich shops in the station concourse beneath the platforms. Proper restaurants can be found in the city Centre in Groot Markt which takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to, allowing a reconnaisance of a pleasant shopping street en-route

The double glazing very effectively kept the noise from the road out and the floor to ceiling curtains were blackout so I could sleep in the summer evening.   On the morning of my arrival I arrive very early in Leuven, way too early for check in. The girl invited me in anyway, could store my luggage, warm up, charge my laptop and even got coffee. Very nice and flexible gesture.
