It was our first visit to High Chaparral, but hopefully not the last.The room was very clean and comfortable. Enough packing space. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate.
Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

During the resent floods in Bundaberg we stayed at the motel because we had no boat left. The welcome we received was wonderful. During our stay the power went out and food was limited but they allowed us to continue staying and the even fed us. They even had a generator and allowed us to charge phones and computers.
