Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

  Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.

We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.
