Melia is a beautiful hotel with modern decor, clean environment, perfect peaceful location!! staff was really helpful and friendly, upgraded us to 'the level lounge' which was quiet and really beautiful.
check in and check out was really fast and easy.....the roof top pool and view is superb, my son and hubby enjoyed alot!!
we had a lovely stay and i would definitely choose melia again whenever i come to dubai...its a value for money!!!

Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. La ubicación es buena, a 200 m del metro que viene directo del aeropuerto, y conecta con los demás centros económicos y culturales de la ciudad como el burj kalifa. Les recomiendo hacer el tour de big bus si están pocos días para poder tener una idea global de la ciudad, cuesta caro pero vale la pena 220 dirhams. El hotel tiene bus gratis que te lleva y trae a la playa.

Best toilet layout ever found in a hotel. Separate shower and lavatory cubicles allow convenient family use.
Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.
Good quality breakfast.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The room was more of a studio apartment, with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom and room was fairly clean. Staff are nice and helpful. There is a parking garage that can be used by guests. -

The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.
