The hotel was quiet: Noise of the traffic didn't bother and there weren't noisy discos in the same building. The room was very cosy, which made us feel at home. Some reviews on your website seemed quite low I was surprised. I was in Block 5 and would be very happy to go back again - and again. The location is good it is a shortish walk to the creek and the souks. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Melia is a beautiful hotel with modern decor, clean environment, perfect peaceful location!! staff was really helpful and friendly, upgraded us to 'the level lounge' which was quiet and really beautiful.

I have chosen this hotel based on the general reviews and on the
affordable price.
For what I have paid this hotel is really great and went over my expectations. I think people are very severe with their critics because there are so many great and new hotel in Dubai. It's difficult to compare this hotel with a brand new hotel at 400$ per night.

I had lost my passport in Cab. The cab which i dint even take from the Hotel. I had just stopped by the Hotel to pick up my luggage. When I reached the Airport, I realised, I had forgotten my bag in the Taxi, which had my passport. I called up the hotel to check if they caught the Taxi no. in the CCTv footage.

Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. Great service.Dinners were lovely, breakfast could be better but its our taste only. We missed cold milk for coffee thought, we got only warm one. Except that all was perfect. thanks

The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Best toilet layout ever found in a hotel. Separate shower and lavatory cubicles allow convenient family use.
Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The room was more of a studio apartment, with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom and room was fairly clean. Staff are nice and helpful. There is a parking garage that can be used by guests. -

The location was perfect for us, as we rented a car and had easy access to the cithy via E66, or to the airport via E311. Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.
