The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. El hotel está fenomenal: las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todo tipo de comodidades. Tienen su propia cocina totalmente equipada y cuentan hasta con lavadora, que nunca había visto en otros apartahoteles.
En cuanto a los servicios, también está muy bien, pues hay dos piscinas (exterior y climatizada), gimnasio, parque infantil de niños, sala de juegos, business centre, supermercado a precios económicos las 24h, comidas en la habitación 24h también, masajes, peluquería, etc. No

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful -
I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and

Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.
