We liked the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff and good breakfasts. - I loved the hotel for the extremely friendly atmosphere when I arrived at the hotel. The reception staf where more than riebdly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Elizabeth House Hotel. Our double room was lovely, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, in particular the young lady who checked us in at the front reception desk. As we had never visited Southampton before, we had a few tourist type questions and the young lady was happy to help us and answered all of our questions. The member of staff who greeted us was lovely and really helpful - providing crayons & pictures as we went in was ingenious so parents can unpack & kids are busy!! We spent one night in order to attend a social event in Southampton. The hotel was great with friendly staff. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and had breakfast there in the morning. Our evening meal was great value and even though there were a lot of children and very busy it was still comfortable. We were only a short journey from where we were going and it was lovely to return to somewhere quiet and comfortable.
