other than this excellent value and staff were very helpful. The room was decorated well, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The ensuite was really good with lots of space
i would have mo hesitation in recommending it to others and intend to use it next Christmas rather than booking early and getting accommodation in Bath itself

A very relaxed atmosphere, which made the stay very comfortable. Room was great. All members of Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. We would have no problems staying here again. I came round the rear of the building, thinking it was the entrance, however it was good to see an open plan where you can dine. The staff were helpful on the desk. The room was great with a view, even it was on the second floor. Everything was at hand. The breakfast was a hearty one. Would recommend.

We loved our stay. We opted for a self catering apartment because we didn't want to be confined to a bedroom when our 1year old daughter went to bed. Manageress Bea was extremely friendly. She tactfully ended a parking dispute with another visitor (he demanded my spot!) by offering another to him.
Having a clean self-catering apartment after 1.5 weeks of staying in hotels was actually a relief and enjoyment. The beds were comfortable. Having a sitting/kitchen area of decent size also was relaxing.
