What a wonderfu and beautiful place to stay. From the moment we arrived we were met with a friendly and wonderful smile thanks Claiire and Ray. You made your home our home the bed was just so comfortable and the pillows you could just snuggle into ' the beautiful home made biscuits and shortbread was just yummy and then there was the delicious breakfast in the morning could not be faulted in anyway and Ray makes a darn good waiter. All in all it was just fantastic. And would recommend Stag

Max and Andrew are the nicest, friendliest hosts you could ever wish for. We spent two wonderful days at their paradise, breathtaking walks starting at the doorstep, coming back at half 4 to find tea and scones waiting... Lovely dining in the evening....Will definitely return and recommend EVERYONE to spend some time here to get away from it all!

Lovely breakfast room and full English breakfast.Loved being left alone and not having to be sociable. Enjoyed using the DVD selection and being able to park on the hotel forecourt. - Good location, very clean, high quality furnishings, ensuite was excellent, thick fluffy towels and toiletries included. Very good choice at breakfast.

The room is very attractive, with a little garden area and in a peaceful setting. The facilities are great: comfortable and stylish furnishings and the mini fridge and microwave make it so easy to stay there in comfort. There is also a wide range of breakfast foods. I can't fault it! -

We were very impressed with everything from the moment we arrived.
The food was that delicious we decided to dine in the Restaurant on every night of our stay(four nights).
Carol and her staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them.
We very much look forward to a return visit. -
