The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Some spa hotels have a strict check in at 3pm and leave by 11am, Charlton House were happy to let us use the spa for as long as we liked both on day of arrival and departure. Mulberry fabrics and furnishings were a bit 'tired' in certain
places - it did not seem to matter too much as it added to the charm of

We stayed At Holbrook house from 5th of may to the 7th on a bank holiday weekend Holbrook was charming and quite beautiful we stayed in kingsbury which has a great view of the back garden. The decor was a little tired in the bedroom but the bathroom was brand new and the bed was really comfortable! we really enjoyed our stay at Holbrook House and would definitely stay there again.
