The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  Lovely setting, beautiful building which thankfully has been furnished in the fashion that the manor was originally intended. Beautiful period features. Very large bedroom/suite with spacious en-suite and seating area. Lovely view from room. Staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The locatio - We stayed At Holbrook house from 5th of may to the 7th on a bank holiday weekend Holbrook was charming and quite beautiful we stayed in kingsbury which has a great view of the back garden. The decor was a little tired in the bedroom but the bathroom was brand new and the bed was really comfortable! we really enjoyed our stay at Holbrook House and would definitely stay there again.

  Excellent staff and a very clean hotel , the current owners have not been in this hotel for very long but are making it a very nice place to stay , they do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one and nothing seams too much trouble , we did not use the restaurant as the bar meals were good value and the relaxed atmosphere of the bar ar... lo que la gente dice » ea was to our personal liking but if we stay again we would try the restaurant , once the new owners have put there mark on the rest of the hotel it w - Hotel room and hotel in general very clean. Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced at £12. Car parking on site adequate. Room was cold on arrival and told heating was off, but electric heater delivered to room promptly and problem solved.

  House very clean, large rooms, nice neutral décor, ample parking. We didn't meet the owner but communication was good - he phoned to check we had arrived and the property was to our satisfaction. We didn't get a chance to cook but the kitchen facilities seemed fine. There was plenty of room to relax and a good supply of hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh flowers everywhere.
