I arrived at the hotel late and was offered an evening meal even though
the kitchen was closing.
Plenty of parking and I was able to walk straight up to my room via the rear verandah.
Great location, the countryside surrounding the hotel is pure Shropshire.
Fantastic hearty english breakfast freshly served to order.
While I was having my breakfast one the kitchen staff kindly printed off a presentation in hardcopy that I needed for a meeting.

good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill. -

The building is beautiful and in a very nice area. We only stayed for one night because of a business event in Telford but we will definitely come back for a private stay. The staff is amazing. Very friendly. All of them were but especially Yvonne and Rachel. Already looking forward to our next visit. -

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We left a note when booking to say we were bringing a travel cot so they left a huge space to put it in. They also hid a rubber duck in the room for our little one to find and as a prize for finding and taking it back to reception they gave him a little pack of sweets. Lovely size room and very clean. Quick check in, easy access to room. Plenty of parking. Pleasant staff. Good evening meal just next door. There for two hot nights but curtains drawn during day helped to keep room cool and air conditioning made for a comfortable environment.
