Spotlessly clean. The host provided many luxury extras to enhance the stay. Comfortable spacious room. Fantastic variety for Breakfast. We liked everything about this b and b. The host was friendly, helpful and informative about the local area. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything we needed. Bathroom was huge with bath and shower. Lovely breakfast, plentiful with hot items cooked to order. A lovely stay.

This was a lovely little hotel, the facilities were perfect for what we needed as we were going to a wedding and the owner Robert gave us some local taxi numbers for getting back to the hotel later. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to eat and loads of choice. We would definitely stay there again and the kids loved it

The location, is lovely, but a little far for walking to the bridge for those less mobile - about a mile. The museums are about 3 miles away. We stayed in the coach house, which isn't attached to the main house. It was very nice, but compact, especially with the restriction for the beams. The ensuite bathroom is clean, but very small. Difficult to move around in. The freshly cooked breakfast was lovely...best I'd had in England.

Arriving after a long day, to a cheery welcome from Hazel our host. Who then asked if we would like a pot of tea and toasted tea cakes, served in the lovely garden. The large, very comfortable room, with a comfy kingsize bed, and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Hazel could not do enough for us. There are some comments on line, about the bathroom in bedroom 3. Yes it is fairly small and no bath but Hazel has made a lovely wet room out of the available space. I am 6ft and did not find

Simon couldn't have been more accomodating. He made us feel welcome and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. The staff are very obviously happy working there which speaks volumes. the food was excellent and simple and well priced. There is obviously a good local trade and a variety of age groups which again is very encouraging. The accommodation
