  Very kind, caring staff. They make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. They have given the place a distinct eco-friendly, positive personality. The beds are comfortable. Several fridges in the big kitchen / dinning room. The whole place is kept clean. Awesome atmosphere in the common areas. 5 minutes walk to Victoria Centre.   It was the first hostel I ever stayed at and it really exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, breakfast plenty and loved the fact the rooms are named after Robin Hood characters!
