'Hidden gem'. Very well appointed, quiet and comfortable. My room at the back overlooked Whitewell Brook, complete with ducks. The view was amazing - a bit like mini-Austria! Clean, modern place, relatively easy to find. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. -

From the moment we entered the foyer nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This was a surprise birthday treat for my partner, which he utterly enjoyed. All the little extras made the trip extra special, waiters bringing drinks to table, courtesy car to restaurant and very attentive waiter service whilst relaxing have our beautiful meal was all very much apprepciated. We will be back again. Thank you

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

We were in a disabled access room which was spacious and comfortable.
Staff (with one minor exception) were friendly, helpful and cheerful.
Happily provided us with a lighter duvet. Breakfasts were good, dinner

This was a last minute booking and normally stay clear of the travel lodge style of hotel, but this was booked solely on convenience for 1 night.
We were really surprised at the modern design, quality of the room and sound proofing. Everything was as luxurious as some 5 Star hotels & an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and fresh. I really cannot fault our stay.

We stayed here on route to Scotland. It's proximity to the M6 is great for an overnight stop and the staff were very welcoming. We were late for a cooked breakfast but the staff were great and cooked one for us. -
Clean, comfortable, well sized room with good bathroom. Ample free parking, and a good pub serving excellent food right next door.

Nice friendly atmosphere from everyone. Attended to needs promptly as necessary I traveled with my husband in a wheelchair so appreciated the extra effort they staff members put in to help us. Meals very satisfactory and nicely served. thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and return for three days before leaving for flight back to Australia -

Location is great if you want a city break. It's only a couple of minutes away from the station, shops, bars and eating places.
Traffic noise was minimal and the air-con quiet and efficient.

The hotel was being taken over by new management but they did their best
to accomodate us. They allowed us to check in early as we had a wedding
to get to. The hotel was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
Breakfast the next day was just what we needed. Would definitely book
again if was in the area. -
