  Gina, the receptionist on duty Friday evening, 5 April 2013, was phenominal. She should be highly commended for her excellent representation of the Premier Inn. My daughter lost her handbag, and Gina spent hours attempting to locate someone within the train systems that could locate it. For that alone, I would return to the Premier Inn and highly recommend it to other travelers. Whatever G - We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. We would definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.Thank you.

  The receptionists were really nice and the receptionist who was there in the evening when we arrived (in the evening, 11/10/2013) was very-very nice and helpful. I want to thank her for that. Location was very very easy to find, breakfast was fulfilling, rooms clean and quiet. - The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our waiter was excellent although he was 'in training' much to our surprise.

  The hotel room was really comfortable and quiet, liked the fact there was a bottle of water besides the usual tea/ coffee making facilities. - Great value for money! Staff we're extremely pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic!
