We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. We would definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.Thank you.

Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside. The receptionists were really nice and the receptionist who was there in the evening when we arrived (in the evening, 11/10/2013) was very-very nice and helpful. I want to thank her for that.

Had a good weekend away.. very comfortable surroundings and Joy and John and Jack were very welcoming and accomodating. Already returning in December with a group of friends. -

The hotel is well located being just off the M4. Being well glazed, you do not hear any traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the shower was amazing. As ever it met every expectation - £98 for 2 nights b+b - talk about good value - 5th time - room 328 - double bed - comfy quiet and efficient - puts a lot of more expensive hotels to shame - easy to get to from M4 - easy to get Magor with its supermarket 2 good pubs + Indian fusion plus take-always - went flower show in Cardiff - easy peasy - would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend - what more can be said!!!!!!

The location was lovely with a great view. Room great. Breakfast fantastic. Spa very relaxing and friendly.
The management in the Hotel did do all they could to sort out our issues once we highlighted them. They did allow us to stay in the spa for the rest of the day of checkout and seemed to have tried to make sure the staff on reception told clients about the early close of the spa we just got the wrong member of staff that didn't know! The spa was our main feature of why we chose Bryn meadow

Staff on reception at check in were the most amazing I've ever come into contact with! I stay in hotels 44 weeks a year all over the country from budget to luxury and I was treated so well here I won't hesitate to return and recommend this hotel. The staff could not do enough for me despite booking .com not informing them I had even booked!
