The price of my stay and the fact that I was a mother staying with my 21
yr old son. The twin room I stayed in was perfect for that situation.
The chefs on that night ( 8/10) were brilliant and I am wheat free
and dairy free they adapted the menu for me last minute and I felt
spoilt. They were very busy that night but still took the time to make
me my very own tomato sauce. Massive plus.

Hazel & Mike were great hosts. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I was trading at the Abergavenny Food Festival and Hazel gave me a flask of tea as she knew how busy we'd be which was a lovely gesture. She also allowed me to store some things in her fridge! Bedroom was cleaned daily. The location is fab - max 10m walk into town centre.

Very friendly hosts and provided us with an evening meal without booking ahead, with last minute changes. Helped with bags and drying us out as it was really pouring.

Our room was very well fitted out - plenty of space and the added facilities of a kitchenette. It looked out over the meadow so the noise from the road was not a problem to us. We were very comfortable and delighted that we ended up staying here. This was not our first choice but we 'lucked out', as it happened.
