  The service was the best I've experienced anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better. The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing.   We chose Thistle Cheltenham because a few weeks earlier we had stayed in The Atlantic Tower - Thistle in Liverpool and enjoyed our stay so much we looked for the Thistle name for our visit to Cheltenham. The room was lovely and we have visited the hotel several times over the past 10 years and always enjoy returning to the Thistle Cheltenham. Lovely hotel and the breakfast was very nice. Most enjoyable stay.
