We all loved everthing about our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, didn't mind our children making noise or playing around. Clean, central and friendly staff. Very understanding staff in the morning when I had to check out at short notice due to my mother being hospitailsed - Special request for adjacent rooms had been actioned. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We will definately use again.

this hotel is so relaxing very close to marsh mills shopping centre.
Staffs are very nice and friendly, good value for money. If you are
visiting Plymouth for either bussiness , pleasure, weekend get away,
family trip or just plain stop over then I would recommend this

If you are expecting the Ritz Hotel then the Invicta Hotel isn’t for
you, but if you want a very friendly hotel, in a great location with
excellent food then my wife and I would highly recommend this hotel. Roy

On arrival we were greeted by the hotelier. She was friendly and welcoming and showed us around the guesthouse. We asked about breakfast as we had not booked it and to our surprise and delight, offered us breakfast on the house due to our room being considerably smaller than the others in the guesthouse. Staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything and very efficient on checkout. Will be very happy to stay there again.

The receptionist, Laura was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well prepared for the very hot weather we were experiencing. The beefeater next door was very convenient as was the garden. All staff were more than helpful.

I liked the staff they wereincredibly friendly and couldnt do enough to
help us. They let us use iron and ironing board to iron a creased shirt
ready for our party they showed us a map of where we was and where we

Great location. Parked here and walked to Aquarium, Sutton Harbor, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, etc.
Price is good and rooms are typical Premier Inn quality (we slept 4 to a room and it didn't leave a lot of space, but our goal wasn't to spend time inside.)
We had a room A/C in our room. We seemed to be the only room with one, and it made the temps ok.
