On arrival we were greeted by the hotelier. She was friendly and welcoming and showed us around the guesthouse. We asked about breakfast as we had not booked it and to our surprise and delight, offered us breakfast on the house due to our room being considerably smaller than the others in the guesthouse. Staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything and very efficient on checkout. Will be very happy to stay there again.

The apartments are very well situated in a beautiful area of Plymouth. They have great views of the Marina and they are a lot a superb restaurants surrounding them where you can eat Breakfast, lunch and Dinner if you so desire. If you are expecting the Ritz Hotel then the Invicta Hotel isn’t for
you, but if you want a very friendly hotel, in a great location with
