Staff, food, and facilities were excellent; they even prepared a bowl of porridge to my requirements. It was the little things that were really appreciated, ice/water dispensing machine in hallway, hairdryer and iron available without having to ask and wait our turn, extra pillows and blankets packaged in room and the fact that the hotel is an integrated part of the shopping /travel centre.

Getting to the hotel is very easy if you coming my air then take 727 stagecoach till union square or broad street and the hotel is in front of you and if you coming by train walk 250 meter towards the harbor everything is centrally located if you book ibis union square trust me it is a good deal. Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.
