  ~Very friendly staff at this hotel and we were made to feel at home very quickly. We decided to stay in the bar/restaurant for the evening after our dinner and couldn't have made a better choice. I was given another room and a day later a young man who sits at your guest relation desk made a general enquiry abot whether I was enjoying my stay whilst we shared a lift. He showed complete dedication to his role and my 'Jurys Inn' expereince was excellent. - Staff, food, and facilities were excellent; they even prepared a bowl of porridge to my requirements. It was the little things that were really appreciated, ice/water dispensing machine in hallway, hairdryer and iron available without having to ask and wait our turn, extra pillows and blankets packaged in room and the fact that the hotel is an integrated part of the shopping /travel centre.

  The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The decor was impressive and very interesting. The room was lovely, modern, clean and well presented. Breakfast was also nice with a personal choice of a cooked breakfast. The multi-story car park is just around the corner which was also good. Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.
