The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean

Love the location so close to the beach, shop and restaurant. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip.
My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -

The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. How clean it was and it was all maintained very well but please please keep it up so many places look good for 2 to 3 years after being all done up and then they cut back and it all goes down hill and it back to how it was.but keep it maintained and all will be well we will be back so thanks for a good weekend -

Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.

And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.
