  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip. My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... wat mensen zeggen » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.

  A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... wat mensen zeggen » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.   Only downfall, was there is no signpost on the main road indicating it as a Premier Inn. On letsbookhotel.com printable booking confirmation it only stated Premier Inn and address.
