After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be.

We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

Very easy to access at any hour. Good located. Jim, the owner/manager? is a very nice guy with excellent humor and easy to deal with. Comon kitchen very usefull and a wonderfull garden for breakfast. The price for london is unbeatable!!!! if you are looking for just a place to sleep as you travell this is it! If youy are looking for confort, well..

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.
Clean and nice.
Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice.
Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back.
Will most definitely stay here again.

Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.
