  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. On arrival we were checked in... what people say » without issue and escorted to our room. We had a Luxury Suite sleeping 4. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

  London is so overrated. It's nice to find something at a normal price for what you would get elsewhere in the country. Great location. - The manager Jim was very friendly and showed me where everything is, thelocation is very near Stamford Hill train station so it was easy to getinto the centre and there are plenty of places to find food just 5minu... what people say » tes away. It was a very relaxing stay and the hotel would suitanyone who wants to be nearish to the centre, but also wants to have agarden to relax in and a kitchen to cook in.

  I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. The little terrace out the back was adorable, I only wish I could have come when it was warmer. It's a 10-15 min walk to the station then 12 mins to oxford cir... what people say » cus. Not ideally located but it was so cheap who cares. I'll definitely stay here again. - Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me. Clean and nice. Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice. Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back. Will most definitely stay here again.

  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Great hotel and ... what people say » will recommend to anyone going to London. - Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.
