  The staff at the Boars Head were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was shown to my room rather than have it pointed out to me, which I thought was a nice touch. I changed room after the first night as I prefer access to a shower as well as a bath; they immediately moved me with no question. In a wonderful,picturesque location,an ideal base for exploring and shopping! Have stayed in many top hotels and the attention to detail in The Boars Head is excellent! On arriving home I realised I had left my phone charger in the hotel room,and after speaking to the receptionist,my charger arrived through the post 2 days later.Excellent service!

  We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request. On arrival the gentleman who met us was very friendly and we only mentioned the need for a taxi soon and it ... lo que la gente dice » was all organised for us. We had booked a double room and were given the apartment adjacent to the hotel which was very well decorated, roomy and well - Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. Best fruit salad as part of the breakfast that we have had for a long time. Such an excellent location for exploring Harrogate and to catch the train to York. Great bike hire compan

  The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. Staying at this hotel made our visit really enjoyable... lo que la gente dice » - The hotel was very close to the Exhibition Centre where we were working and also close to our favourite restaurants. It was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. It was a good place to relax after a busy working day and very good value for money we plan to stay there again next year.

  Muy céntrico - the staff were lovely nothing was a trouble for them;the location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay - The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were brilliant.
